1300 Australia, as a telecommunications service provider, is committed to complying with the Telecommunications (Customer Communications for Outages) Industry Standard Variation 2025 (No.1) (the Standard), effective from 30 June 2025.
We’ll notify affected customers in line with the timeline required under the Standard, and provide details on the outage, including the cause, impacted services, and estimated restoration time.
We’ll keep customers informed throughout the outage, including any significant, material changes.
Once services are restored, affected customers will be notified promptly.
